The single-piece hardening machine integrates core technologies such as flexible vacuum adsorption, precise pulse temperature control, and gradient pressure penetration to achieve surface strengthening treatment for single-piece optical lenses that is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant. From custom-made spectacle lenses to camera lens processing, from medical optical lenses to industrial inspection lens production, the Jingliang series, with its core advantages of "crystal-clear and traceless, comprehensive hard protection", has become the benchmark equipment for optical lens hardening technology.
II. Core Technological Advantages: Four major innovative breakthroughs
1. Flexible and precise positioning system ensures that the lenses remain undamaged
It adopts a dual infrared alignment + silicone buffer vacuum suction cup composite positioning technology and is equipped with an optical-grade micrometer regulator to achieve precise adjustment of 0.005mm along the X, Y, and Z axes. For lenses of different specifications (diameter 30mm-120mm, radius of curvature R5-R1000mm), customized flexible trays and positioning fixtures can be quickly replaced. The buffer design of the silicone suction cup effectively avoids surface indentations and edge damage on the lenses. The infrared transmitting and receiving components monitor the position and flatness of the lenses in real time. Once a deviation occurs, they immediately trigger a shutdown alarm to ensure the consistency and integrity of the hardening of each lens.
2. Optical-grade temperature control system, safeguarding the light transmission performance
Equipped with Panasonic TC2-Pro temperature control chip and high-precision K-type thermocouple, it adopts pulse temperature heating mode, achieving precise temperature control within a wide range of 40℃ to 150℃, with a temperature error of ≤±0.5℃. It is equipped with a four-stage temperature control program specifically designed for lenses (preheating activation, constant temperature penetration, gradient curing, and slow cooling setting). The heating curves are preset and optimized for different lens materials such as resin, glass, and PC. Combined with an intelligent temperature compensation function, it ensures the full curing of the hardening agent while avoiding lens deformation or reduced light transmittance caused by high temperatures. After hardening, the light transmittance of the lenses remains above 99%.
3. Gradient pressurization system, enhancing uniform penetration
It is equipped with a low-pressure gradient pressurizing pump and an arc-shaped flow channel structure, allowing for stepless adjustment of the pressurization range between 5.0 and 50MPa. During the hardening process, the pressure pump evenly sprays the optical-grade hardening agent onto the surface of the lens in a gradient pulse manner. The arc-shaped flow channel is designed to fit the curved surface of the lens, enabling the hardening agent to penetrate in a bubble-free manner. Compared with the traditional immersion processing method, the efficiency is increased by more than four times. The flow channel and sealing components are made of food-grade silicone material to ensure that the hardening agent is pure and pollution-free, further enhancing the adhesion between the hardening agent and the lens surface. After hardening, the surface hardness of the lens can reach over 6H.
4. The entire process is clean and processed to ensure the crystal transparency of the lenses
The equipment integrates the full-process functions of "dust-free positioning - clean hardening - vacuum curing - slow cooling and dust removal - non-destructive unloading", and is equipped with the Class 100 local cleaning system, effectively avoiding dust contamination of the lenses during the processing. After the lenses are hardened, they are automatically transferred by a flexible mechanical arm to an inert gas protection chamber, where vacuum curing (to enhance the adhesion of the hardening agent) and slow cooling and dust removal processes are completed in sequence. The transmission system is made of Teflon coated material to prevent scratches on the lens surface. The entire process is automatically controlled to reduce manual contact contamination. The processing cycle of a single lens is shortened to 3-8 minutes, meeting the dual demands of customization and batch production.
